8 Steps To Maintain A Positive Attitude on your Success Journey

1. Become ever mindful of all of your your thoughts, letting each of them arise with acceptance.

As you begin recognize any of your tendencies to self-limiting beliefs or attitudes , begin to dissolve them lovingly by focusing on ever more positive thoughts about your present and the potentials of your future.

2. The author Charles Dickens advocated

, "Reflect upon your present blessings, of which every man has many - not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some."

Don't maintain the habit of brooding over past mistakes, nor carry grudges, nor harbour hate.

3. Worrying is also a waste of effort and can be a vivid t breeding ground for self doubt doubt. It will lead you to contemplate potential losses rather than effective solutions.
The antidote to worry is often the decision to take a more positive action, no matter how small it seems

4. Adversity comes to each of us at one time or another

. Expecting rather than dreading this adversity can make challenging periods seem not quite so daunting daunting and will allow you to accept that you possess the strength to conquer each block as you have conquered hindrances in your past.

5. Assume that hidden in every obstacle there is a lesson for you

. Consciously choose to think of the challenges you face in a positive way: as a learning experience, an opportunity to demonstrate your strengths, or the first stepping stone on your bright new new path.

6. Think only about what you desire, not what you fear. Visualize future successes with the belief and feeling that you will achieve them, and then take some direct, inspired action.

When you are working diligently toward a goal, there will not be time to dwell so much on the obstacles.

7. When negative thoughts and feelings threaten to overwhelm you, take a "time out" and do something that makes you happy.

Lett yourself realy enjoy a favorite activity or meditation and that in itself will inspire well-being.

8. Be confident that no matter what adversity you face, you will be strong enough to remain positive and optimistic. Knowing that there is no obstacle you cannot overcome will give you that strength
